    Terms of Service

    Effective Date: June 20, 2026

    Last Updated: June 20, 2026

Thanks for choosing Waggin Waste Removal LLC. These Terms of Service are here to keep things clear, simple, and running smoothly for everyone.

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, scheduling service, starting service, continuing service, or opting into SMS communications, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

    1. Services

Waggin Waste Removal LLC provides residential and commercial pet waste removal, pooper scooper services, yard deodorizing, pet waste station maintenance, and related pet waste removal services.

Service availability may vary based on route scheduling, staffing, weather, holidays, property access, safety concerns, and service area availability.

We may modify, reschedule, suspend, or discontinue services as needed.

    2. Yard Access and Safety

To complete your cleanup, we need safe and clear access to your yard or service area on your scheduled service day.

    Please make sure:

    • Gates are unlocked
    • Entry points are clear
    • Access instructions are accurate
    • The yard is safe to enter
    • Pets are safely secured when needed

If we arrive and cannot complete service because of a locked gate, blocked access, unsafe conditions, inaccurate instructions, or a dog that cannot be safely worked around, the visit may still be charged. This is because route time is reserved for your stop whether or not the yard can be serviced.

Please notify us right away if:

    • The number of dogs using the yard changes
    • Your gate or access instructions change
    • There are hazards or unsafe conditions in the yard
    • Your pet has shown aggression, fearfulness, protectiveness, or unpredictability
    • Anything in the yard may affect service

    3. Dogs in the Yard

We love dogs, but safety comes first for both your pets and our technicians.

If your dog has shown signs of aggression, protectiveness, fearfulness, or unpredictability, please keep them indoors or securely separated from the service area during your cleanup.

If a dog appears unsafe when we arrive, we may skip or reschedule the visit, and that visit may still be billed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring pets remain safely secured before and during service appointments.

Waggin Waste Removal LLC is not responsible for pets escaping due to faulty gates, damaged fencing, broken latches, loose enclosures, or inaccurate gate instructions provided by the customer.

    4. Arrival Times and Scheduling

We service by route, so exact appointment times are not guaranteed.

Your cleanup will be completed on your scheduled service day whenever possible, but the exact arrival time may vary depending on route conditions, traffic, weather, staffing, holidays, equipment issues, and the number of scheduled stops.

Light rain or normal weather conditions may not prevent scheduled visits.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of major schedule changes or delays.

    5. Initial Cleanup Fees

An initial cleanup fee may apply when starting recurring service, depending on the condition of the yard and how long it has been since the yard was last cleaned.

If an initial cleanup fee is waived as part of a promotion, an additional charge may still apply if the first cleanup is more labor-intensive than expected. If that happens, you will be notified before any extra charge is made.

If service is restarted after cancellation, an initial cleanup fee may apply again based on the current yard condition.

    6. Billing, Payments, and Recurring Services

Recurring service plans automatically renew until canceled.

Recurring services are prepaid at the beginning of each month. Payments are collected securely through Sweep&Go at sign-up and billed automatically at the start of each monthly billing cycle.

By signing up for auto-pay, you authorize Waggin Waste Removal LLC to charge the card on file for:

    • Recurring monthly service
    • Initial cleanup fees
    • Approved add-ons
    • Approved additional charges
    • Past-due balances

You can view invoices, payments, and account details anytime through your client portal.

Customers are responsible for keeping payment information current and valid. If a payment fails or your account becomes past due, service may be paused or canceled until the balance is paid.

Pricing may be adjusted with prior notice.

    7. Service Pauses

If your pets will not be using the yard for a period of time, such as during vacation, illness, or travel, please let us know ahead of time if you would like to pause service.

If we are not notified before your scheduled visit, the visit may still be charged.

    8. Weather Delays

We work in most normal weather, but severe weather or unsafe yard conditions may make cleanup impossible or unsafe. This can include lightning, flooding, heavy snow, ice, or other hazardous conditions.

If weather causes a delay, we will return and service your yard as soon as reasonably possible.

Recurring monthly billing continues during temporary weather delays because your service schedule and route remain reserved. Once conditions improve, we perform the delayed cleanup, which may require additional time due to accumulated pet waste.

    9. Frozen Waste, Tall Grass, and Yard Conditions

While we make every reasonable effort to remove all visible pet waste, certain yard conditions may prevent a complete cleanup.

    This can include:

    • Tall grass
    • Heavy leaves
    • Snow
    • Ice
    • Frozen waste
    • Muddy conditions
    • Standing water
    • Heavy debris
    • Wooded areas
    • Gravel or rock areas
    • Landscaping obstacles
    • Hidden or covered waste

Frozen waste may not be removable during winter conditions. Areas with frozen pet waste will be cleaned during a future visit once conditions allow.

If waste is unintentionally missed due to yard conditions, it does not automatically constitute incomplete service.

    10. Hazardous Conditions

Technicians reserve the right to refuse, skip, or stop service if unsafe or hazardous conditions are present.

    This may include:

    • Aggressive animals
    • Hazardous materials
    • Biohazards
    • Infestations
    • Unsafe structures
    • Dangerous yard conditions
    • Severe weather
    • Broken gates or fencing
    • Unsafe access points

Technician safety is required for service to continue.

    11. Lawn Treatments and Chemicals

Customers should notify us if pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, or other lawn chemicals have recently been applied so our technicians can take appropriate precautions.

We may delay or skip service if the yard appears unsafe to enter.

    12. Waste Disposal

Unless otherwise agreed upon, collected pet waste will be securely bagged and placed in the customer’s designated trash bin onsite.

Haul-away services may be offered separately when available and may be subject to an additional fee.

    13. Yard Deodorizing Disclaimer

Our yard deodorizing services are designed to help reduce odors and improve outdoor cleanliness.

    However:

    • Results may vary based on weather, yard condition, urine saturation, drainage, pet usage, and maintenance history
    • No deodorizing treatment guarantees complete odor elimination
    • Some odor issues may require recurring treatments
    • Deodorizing services are intended to improve odor conditions but do not sanitize, sterilize, or disinfect surfaces

    14. Photos and Service Documentation

By using our services, you acknowledge that technicians may take service-related photos during visits.

    Photos may be used for:

    • Gate verification
    • Service completion documentation
    • Quality control
    • Internal records
    • Training and support
    • Yard condition documentation
    • Addressing service issues

Waggin Waste Removal LLC may also take before-and-after photos of the service area to showcase the results of our work.

These photos may be used for marketing and promotion, including social media posts, website content, and advertising.

We are mindful of your privacy. Our goal is to capture the service area only, such as lawns, gates, and pet waste removal results. We do not intentionally photograph people, identifiable personal items, license plates, or the interior of your home.

If any such details appear unintentionally, we will avoid using those images for marketing or will edit them to remove identifying information. If you have concerns about photo use for marketing, please contact us and we will work with you to address them.

    15. Holiday Schedule

Waggin Waste Removal LLC does not operate on the following holidays:

    • Memorial Day
    • Independence Day, July 4th
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving Day
    • Christmas Eve
    • Christmas Day
    • New Year’s Day

If your scheduled cleanup falls on one of these holidays, it will be completed on the following day whenever possible.

    16. Cancellations and Prepaid Services

You may cancel recurring service at any time with prior notice.

If you cancel in the middle of a prepaid billing cycle, prepaid services are non-refundable. Any remaining paid visits will continue through the end of the current service period unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Your card will not be charged again for the next billing cycle after cancellation.

Cancellations requested after a scheduled route has already been assigned may still be subject to service charges.

If service is restarted later, an initial cleanup fee may apply based on the current yard condition.

    17. Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

    Completed services are generally non-refundable.

Prepaid recurring service periods are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has started, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

    18. Pricing and Promotions

Service rates, fees, and promotions may change from time to time.

If pricing changes affect active recurring clients, Waggin Waste Removal LLC will provide at least two weeks’ notice before the new rate takes effect.

Promotions may be limited to new customers, specific services, or specific time periods.

    19. Satisfaction Concerns

If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed visit so we have the opportunity to review the issue and make it right when appropriate.

Service concerns reported after 24 hours may be harder to verify due to continued pet use, weather, yard activity, or other conditions.

    20. Commercial Services

Commercial services may include pet waste removal, common area sweeps, dog park cleanup, pet waste station maintenance, bag restocking, bin emptying, and odor control for HOAs, apartment communities, commercial properties, and shared outdoor spaces.

Commercial service frequency, reporting, billing, and maintenance responsibilities may vary by property and may be outlined in a separate written agreement.
